Today I started to draw portraits. It was very hard even just simply hold the pen with my left hand. I had to pressed my pen very hard on paper when I drew in order to control my hand.
October 4th
My left hand still trembled when I drew the portrait. Because the wrong position of holding the pen, sometimes the ink didn't come out fluently and evenly.
October 7th
I couldn't control my left hand to draw on the place that I wanted. It just trembled all the time. It was very hard to draw small details such as the eyes and mouth.
October 10th
The control of my left hand got better today, so I tried to draw something with more details such as the hand and cell phone. Although the control got better, drawing the round of face was still very challenging.
October 12th
I was pretty satisfied with eyes and eyebrows that I drew today, because I finally got them into the right positions that I wanted, and the portrait looked like the person that I drew.
October 17th
The woman that I drew has characteristic mouth and eyebrows, I had to hold my breath when I drew them because I didn't want to mess up.
October 22nd
The girl was one of my friends so I felt a big pressure when I drew it. The shape of face was almost "prefect" and I drew her hair style very well. Regretfully the ink was flood when I drew the glasses.
October 26th
It became easier and easier to draw with my left hand, so I added some details on clothes. In this portrait, I tried to drew a jacket. The collar and buttons were drew nicely.
October 30th
Since I became more and more familiar with draw with my left hand, I was able to catch the characteristic of the face. I was also able to control the strength of my left hand so that I didn't press so hard on the paper.
