Taiwan is a province full of diversity and the humanistic care. People care about their lives and will fight for it. On 24 May 2017, the Constitutional Court ruled that current marriage laws are unconstitutional and that same-sex couples should have the right to marry. The court has given the Legislative Yuan two years to adequately amend Taiwanese marriage laws. According to the court ruling, if amendments are not passed within two years, same-sex marriages will automatically become legal

What is impressive for me is the history of this province. Changsha (the capital of Hunan) fire of 1938, also known as Wenxi fire, was the greatest human-caused citywide fire in Chinese history. Kuomintang officials ordered the city be set on fire in 1938 during the Second Sino-Japanese War to keep its wealth from the Japanese. The result of this fire made Changsha one of the most damaged cities during World War II, alongside Stalingrad, Hiroshima, and Nagasaki.
